Kevin Keegan released the Single "Head Over Heels" in 1979, and it reached number 31 in the UK singles chart. Keegan was playing for Hamburg in Germany at the time, and the record was a top ten hit there.
Fortunately the follow up didn't make the charts or we could have been subjected to more rubbish like this...
